You pay one fixed amount — rent, energy, heating, water, fast wifi and more. No utility transfers, no surprise bills.
How do viewings work?
Viewings are free and with no obligation. Message us on WhatsApp or call and we'll find a time that suits you.

No. There is no commission and the contract is fair — no hidden fees.
How much is the deposit?
There is a deposit. We tell you the exact amount for your room before you sign, and you get it back when the tenancy ends.
How do you pick flatmates?

How long is the contract?
The contract is signed for one year. If you want to stay longer, we simply extend it.
