Cookie Policy

This is an English translation of our Czech cookie policy. If the two versions differ, the Czech version prevails.

Cookies and similar technologies (the browser’s local storage) are small entries that a website saves in your browser. We use them in accordance with Section 89(3) of Czech Act No. 127/2005 Coll., on Electronic Communications, and with the recommendations of the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection.

1. What the website uses

spolubydlim.cz uses only technical storage without which some parts of the site would not work the way you expect. We do not use analytics or marketing cookies, we do not track you across websites, and nothing from these entries is sent to our server or to third parties — they stay in your browser only.

• sb_cookie_consent (local storage) — remembers your choice in the cookie bar so it does not appear on every visit. Kept until you delete it in your browser.
• sb_city (local storage) — remembers the city you picked (Brno/Olomouc) so you do not have to choose it again. Kept until you delete it in your browser.
• sb_posledni_byt (session storage) — when you go back from a flat’s detail page to the overview, it highlights the flat you viewed last. Deleted when you close the browser tab.

We do not need your consent for this storage, because it only serves to provide the service you asked for yourself.

2. Website administration

For logged-in flat managers only, the administration saves the login cookie SBADMIN (keeps you logged in, deleted when you close the browser) and a few entries with administration display settings. These entries are not saved for regular visitors.

3. Third-party content

The flat maps load map tiles from OpenStreetMap and Esri and the map library from unpkg.com. These providers learn your IP address and browser details in the process; we do not save any cookies in your browser through them. Links to WhatsApp, Facebook and Instagram are ordinary links — nothing is loaded from these services until you click them. Our fonts are hosted directly on our own server.

4. How to manage your settings

You can reopen the cookie bar at any time via “Cookie settings” in the website footer. If we ever wanted to start using analytics or marketing tools, we would update this policy first and only switch them on with your consent. You can also delete or block the saved entries at any time in your browser settings — the website will keep working, it just will not remember your choices.

More information about how we process personal data is in our Privacy Policy.
